The photographic series “Geometrie #1” is the signature work of architectural photographer Paolo Pettigiani. The collection highlights multum peculiar shapes of the buildings, as well as the graphical mosaic of colors and forms in the cityscape. They seem to be unreal, almost kept in cubic concept. The images give an impression to be situated in different realm as the part of the ‘non-place’ location, stored somewhere in our imagination. In fact, the pictures are captured in real locations though. The photographer wanted to express the idea of relevant place showcasing minimalistic geometry as a result. Zephyr – Zaha Hadid Architects
Imaginative furniture designed by Zaha Hadid Architects is the result of the inspiration coming from the patternsof erosion – mingled and fluid banks of sofa that can be joined in various configurations. This flexible design forms an innovative idea that has strong communicative factor.
As Hadid explains: “When I was doing plans years ago, people always said ‘what kind of furniture will you put against this kind of curved wall?’ So it emerged from that – this idea of making islands or spaces in a modulated form, a sequence or a fluid movement within a space.”

ARCHITECTURE: Australia F2 Architecture Floating rental house.
“Our focus is on enhancing people’s lives through architecture” – the main keynote of the Australia F2 Architecture company that push the boundaries between dreams and reality of architecture and design. The idea of a floating house was initiated to break the rules of gravity from the specific point of view. The house is located in the uphill area of coastal waters and gives the impression of suspension above the Fairhaven Beach and the Great Ocean Road. The illusion of the floating house is based on the huge 130 feet pole that lifts the building up in place. That’s the reason why the house is called ” The Pole House” resulting in one-of-a-kind experience with the picturesque view of the coastline in Australia.
